The 2011 Nissan Armada is a great vehicle, but one issue that is commonly encountered is problems with the blend door actuator. This is a device located near the heater core that controls the temperature of the air entering the cabin. Fortunately, locating the blend door actuator on the 2011 Nissan Armada is relatively simple.

The blend door actuator is located in the passenger side of the vehicle, near the firewall. It is a small plastic box with two electrical connectors. To access it, remove the glove box and several other panels located in the passenger side. After that, locate the blend door actuator, unplug the wiring harness, and remove the screws that hold it in place.

Replacing the blend door actuator on the 2011 Nissan Armada is relatively straightforward. All that is needed is a new actuator and some basic tools. Once the old actuator is removed, make sure to clean any debris and dirt that has accumulated in the area. Then, install the new actuator, plug in the wiring harness, and secure it with the screws. Finally, reassemble the panels and glove box and the job is done.

An in depth overview and attempted repair of issues with the front blend door actuators. This was not an easy job. Level 10 dexterity on the bottom actuator, level 20 for the top. My repairs seem to be working, but time will tell in the long use.
